Overview

Not open to relocation, Not open to Remote, must live in the area around Pensacola FL or Vienna VA.

Responsible for optimizing the end-to-end credit card acquisition member experience across various touchpoints of the credit card acquisition journey inclusive of the digital storefront, omnichannel experiences, onboarding, digital prequalification and the credit card application. Identify acquisition journey pain points and opportunities to drive funnel efficiencies and monitor the health of the member experience. Lead key credit card roadmap projects by collaborating with cross-functional and leadership teams. Support strategic business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to leadership. Analyze business problems using business intelligence tools that incorporate data from internal and external sources. Work under minimal supervision and use understanding of business objectives to make recommendations that drive strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources, including structured and unstructured data sets, to drive insights into business performance.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns and prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations in order to support business decisions.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions.
  • Produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
  • Use analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven solutions to improve the member experience.
  • Communicate findings and insight to stakeholders and provide business strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance.
  • Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests within the business area.
  • Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
  • Build working relationships with team members and subject matter experts.
  • Lead medium-large projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

Not open to relocation, Not open to Remote, must live in the area around Pensacola FL or Vienna VA.

  • 5-7 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI and or Tableau.
  • Advanced skill using business intelligence applications and/or cloud services.
  • Advanced skill in complex data manipulation across multiple tables.
  • Skill communicating data analysis and visualizations to nontechnical and senior audiences.
  • Research skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate skill in utilizing work products to tell a story through appropriate balance of visualizations, design aesthetics, and words.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.

Desired Qualifications

  • Project Management experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of business area/specialization in Credit Cards.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
