Job Description:

The Reliability Engineer is the responsible party for many workflows in the asset management system that minimize and mitigate risk of failures in the plant. They are responsible for ensuring that asset data is organized, accurate, and effective at identifying maintenance strategies, which are commensurate with criticality and risk. The RE supports data driven root cause and loss elimination analysis to ensure that unexpected failures are mitigated and causes are systematically eliminated. Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Asset Data Collection
2. Criticality Analysis
3. Asset Hierarchy Development
4. Control Strategy Development
5. Maintenance Strategy Development
6. Preventative Maintenance Optimization
7. Bill of Materials Development
8. Critical Spares Determination
9. Loss Elimination
10. Root Cause Elimination
11. Management of Change
12. Reporting to various levels within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Science in Engineering or commensurate technical degree
• CMRP or CRE Certification desired
• 3 years experience with engineering and maintenance systems. Advanced technical degree in lieu of experience is acceptable
• Pharmaceutical and FDA regulated experience preferred
• Experience with CMMS (SAP) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Experience with Microsoft Access and Project desired. AutoCAD is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 40 lbs unassisted, 20/30 corrected vision. Exposure to allergens. Working in aseptic areas and confined spaces. Prolonged sitting and standing. Minimal travel is required.

Shift: Day

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $76,000 - $130,900 depending on experience.
  • Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role
