This position has the opportunity to work remotely.

What you will do

  • Install and test sensor systems in the client's building across the country

  • Engage within a team and contribute towards driving the company forward

  • Create detailed Excel tables with sensor information

  • Assess 2D CAD plans to get the number of sensors and hosts required for the system

  • Prepare equipment for installations in the office before traveling to the client site

  • Visit customer sites to check for layout changes, plus assess radio noise levels and range

  • Commission all sensors for the customer system

  • Install sensors and hosts

  • Fully test the system before leaving a customer site

  • Create professional-looking floor plan images using AutoCAD

What we look for

Required

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Passion for technology

  • Travel up to 75% of the time to client locations

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with IT and facilities managers to complete the install, as well as the managers who will be using the data

  • Positive attitude with strong stick-to-itiveness

  • Ability to proactively solve problems independently

  • Strong time management and organization skills to effectively manage customer tasks, travel arrangements, etc.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Physical capability to install 400+ sensors daily, bending and crawling under desks for prolonged periods

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (training available)

  • Comfortable working at heights of up to 12 feet, following all safety protocols and guidelines.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
