Title of Position: Organizational Development Specialist - Endwell, NY

Position Type: Full-Time. Typical shifts include Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Compensation Range: $23/Hr - $30/Hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*

Location: Headquarters - 3301 Country Club Rd, Endwell, NY 13760. Hybrid opportunity may be available after training is completed.

Responsibilities/Duties:



  • Manage new hire orientation and first day experience. Additionally, responsible for maintaining presentation and material disbursement, welcome kits and orientation survey results.
  • Orchestrate and conduct new hire luncheons with the CEO, other senior leaders, and designated speakers and monthly Loop Onboarding meetings with new hires.
  • Responsible for decision making for annual changes to the New Hire Passport and updates throughout the year.
  • Manage and own the instructor-led training schedules for all in person training of with the Learning and Development (L&D) training team in partnership with the L&D Manager.
  • Coordinate with managers to arrange training for their staff and follow up as needed after training.
  • Partner and communicate with trainers to ensure they are informed and prepared for classes and any scheduling changes that may occur.
  • Responsible for quarterly Overdraft Privilege Classes, including scheduling, sending invitations and tracking of participant attendance.
  • Order and prepare workbooks and other materials needed for classes.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Organizational Development to maintain Visions' people management program in The Loop. Owns and conduct training and reinforcement of Manager Tools within the Loop for teams across the organization.
  • Serve as the point of contact for updating content and calendars within KXP.
  • Manage the ILT Calendar in BAI.
  • Act as the BAI administrator, creating rules, assigning classes, and troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Own, in partnership with the eLearning Team, execution of the eLearning compliance program at Visions.
  • Collaborate with eLearning team and manager on compliance rule assignments.
  • Track leaves and compliance completions for rule closure.
  • Prepare completion reports for audits.
  • Updates and maintains people groups in BAI.
  • Support the Organizational Leadership Development Manager with the execution of Leadership Development programs. Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

    • Scheduling
    • Ordering lunches
    • Materials preparation
    • Creating surveys


  • Provide departmental back-up coverage as needed.
  • Generate reporting as directed
  • Respond effectively to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.

  • Perform other duties needed to help fulfil our mission, drive our strategy, and support our organization's values.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience:



  • Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Must be organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Professionalism and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization are required.
  • Independent thinker and confident decision making are necessary.
  • Proven self-starter.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:



  • One or more years of management or administrative work preferred.
