Spacesaver is seeking an Application Sales Engineer to join our growing team! At Spacesaver we pride ourselves on being industry leaders dedicated to producing high-quality products. As an Application Sales Engineer you will;

* Provide technical support on the application of all assigned product lines

* Determine feasibility and calculate mechanical design parameters for ETO products

* Responsible for cost estimating of ETO product to meet customer requirements

* Work with Manufacturing and Product Engineering during estimating phase to ensure Design for Manufacturability of ETO products

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2-3 years of Engineering experience or an Associate's degree in Mechanical Design Technology with 7-10 years Engineering experience.
* 2D/3D CAD modeling experience preferred.
* Ability to navigate ERP systems to lookup product information and determine product structures (bill of materials) and manufacturing routes
* Competency to evaluate complex products and communicate with Manufacturing Engineering to determine manufacturing options
* A working knowledge of design and manufacturing methods of sheet metal fabrications, stampings, weldments, assemblies, and precision machined components.
* Word processing and spreadsheet skills.
