Your tasks
- Engage with cross functional teams to develop overall product line pricing strategies.
- Target profitability improvement through better understanding of value-based pricing, benchmarks against competition, and market trends.
- Mine data, analyze and interpret results using standard statistical tools and techniques.
- Provide analysis of consolidated margin, list pricing, and cost data and make recommendations to management regarding price through data-driven insights and forecasts.
- Assesses findings and makes recommendations to purchasing personnel regarding feasibility of manufacturing or buying needed products.
- May recommend use of alternative parts, materials, or manufacturing methods to reduce costs
- Provide management with reports and models specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products.
- Define project pricing as required based on customer quotes.
- Assist in the implementation and documentation of pricing policies and processes.
- Works effectively with Company personnel, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables and issues; addressing problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions; addressing others by name, tittle or other respectful identifier, and; respecting the diversity of our work force in actions, words and deeds.

Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or related role.
- Knowledge of pricing models, financial forecasting, and competitive analysis in relevant industries
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Advanced in Excel or similar tools.
- Power BI or other dashboard experience a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) a plus.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, financial modeling, and market research.
- Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability and willingness to perform detailed reporting on sales revenue, profit margin, growth trends etc.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong analytical and qualitative skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data driven environment.
