BMS Field Supervisor

• Manage multiple automation installation projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Collaborate with Project Manager on scope changes, priorities, and deadlines.
• Review contract documents, RFIs, and project correspondence to confirm scope execution.
• Supervise subcontractors, prioritize work, and track/document additional tasks.
• Devise solutions to enable subsequent trade work to proceed on schedule.
• Coordinate with other trades and the General Contractor on system components and installation.
• Build and maintain cooperative relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other contractors.
• Perform check-out, commissioning, diagnostics, and maintenance on building automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair building automation panels, including electrical/electronic controls and sensors.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with the evaluation and training of junior technicians.

• Minimum 5-7 years field experience in the HVAC controls industry including DDC Systems commissioning, software integration operation, calibration, and experience with pneumatic controls.
• Knowledge of Automated Logic commissioning tools and field circuit debugging skills preferred.
• Understanding of the construction industry with emphasis in mechanical/electrical fields.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Strong communication, organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, WebCTRL, AutoCad, various operating systems.
• Proven track record of completing jobs on schedule, being self-motivated and achieving full customer satisfaction.
