The Srivastava Lab at Fred Hutch is looking for a highly motivated Research Technician I to support the development of CAR-T cell immunotherapy for cancer. The successful candidate will assist with design, execution, and analysis of pre-clinical studies using murine tumor models to study strategies for improving CAR-T cell therapy. She/he should be capable of handling mice, maintaining detailed laboratory records, analyzing data, and reporting experimental results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include working both independently and as a member of a team, providing technical assistance with ongoing research projects. Responsibilities Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Perform sterile tissue culture techniques, including primary T cell culture, growing and titering of retrovirus and lentivirus, and transduction of murine cells with retroviral/lentiviral vectors

The hourly pay range for this position is from $22.87 to $32.56 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
