Assist in creating, issuing, and processing production work orders for the Custom Products Department. Closes and files completed work orders. Checks order entry for accuracy. Close and file completed work orders. Verify order entry for accuracy. Ensure timely order processing and follow-up. Develop production orders and resolve customer service issues. Follow the supervisor's instructions and provide backup support for inventory control and logistics. Compile and maintain production data and inventory records. Calculate production metrics and compile reports. Update procedure books and notify the shipping department of stock availability. Follow ISO procedures and commit to environmental and safety standards. Your profile Currently pursuing an Associate's degree or higher in Supply Chain or related field, preferred. Proficient personal computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office a plus. Knowledge, Skills, Training & Abilities: Performs all operations according to prescribed safety principles. Ability to work with and preserve confidential information. Presents a professional appearance as well as presents a professional attitude with customers, distributors, vendors and other company personnel. Presents professional communication skills - verbal, written, e-mails. Ability to perform receptionist duties when required.
