Overview

Must have the ability to be onsite at our East Peterburg, PA location 3-4 times per month.

This role is an emerging professional in quality assurance manual testing. Incumbents will learn and apply quality assurance functions and managed services for line of business user acceptance testing to achieve timely project delivery. Incumbents work under the direction of other team members and with Information Technology staff, business stakeholders, and vendors.



Responsibilities

    Perform manual testing activities, and support user acceptance testing through managed services activities, with guidance from higher-level analysts. Assist in maintaining defect reports and support tools to record and track test creation, execution, and records.
  • Build and mature quality assurance knowledge and skills by working closely with quality assurance team members.
  • Follow standards, guidelines, rules, governance, controls, and procedures to support the quality assurance strategy.


Qualifications

Education

Associate Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: computer science or related field. (Required)

Required Experience

6 months experience writing and executing manual test cases and interpreting functional and design specifications to perform testing.

6 months experience with different software development methodologies including Agile, waterfall, and hybrid.

This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Each employee of the Organization, regardless of position, is accountable for reading, understanding and acting on the contents of all Company-assigned and/or job related Compliance Programs, regulations and policies and procedures, as well as ensure that all Compliance Training assignments are completed by established due dates. This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.93 - $38.27.
