Healthcare Data Quality Analyst (Automated/Manual)
6 month contract to hire (W2 ONLY, No C-C)
100% Remote
The Healthcare Data Quality Analyst will be running scripts walking through screens using snippets and writing automation in Python. Will be responsible for creating test plans, executing the plans, and documenting issues for front-end products, reporting solutions, and onboarding applications. Will be documenting and presenting testing metrics to show what passed/failed, how long it took to fix, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate and test data across Dev, Test, and Prod environments for data onboarding, product development and reporting to verify the expected outcomes according to their requirements.
Be able to write, run, debug coding according to needs for specific use cases.
Write, review, revise, and verify quality standards and test procedures for quality assurance plans design and evaluation.
Participate in review of standards, procedures, tools and process.
Monitor, manage and communicate with developers on defects.
Prepare and develop test strategies and test plans.
Work collectively to solve defects.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of related and progressively responsible experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
3+ years of experience in healthcare using EMRs, pharmacy, financial and/or healthcare claims.
SQL, Python, DataBricks, and working across multiple database and data warehouse environments.
Ability to communicate strategies and technical information, both orally and in writing, in a manner that establishes understanding for technical audiences.
Excellent analytical skills relative to data analysis, data auditing, and data testing - proven familiarity and comfort understanding/utilizing spreadsheets and databases.
Analytical skills required to understand customer and operational processes.
Proven ability to uncover and interpret stated requirements to develop deep understanding necessary to recommend an optimal technical solution.
Strong written and verbal communication and time management skills.
The ability to work well within both a large team and individual project teams.
Estimated Min Rate: $50
Estimated Max Rate: $60
