SUMMARY: As a Healthcare Regional Vice President (RVP) you are responsible for selling MDM's products and technology solutions to Acute Care hospitals and IDNs, in the assigned territory. RVP's will be calling on hospital Executive Leadership, Facilities/Engineering, Biomed, IT and Supply Chain personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You are required to continually educate yourself on the product features and benefits as well as make presentations on our patient education systems, head end and cable plant distribution systems and other professional services we offer. Additional responsibilities for the RVP role include but are not limited to:
  • Reaching defined Annual and Quarterly Sales Goals
  • Calling on Healthcare facilities and prospects to build new business
  • Call on existing accounts to maintain the relationship, and to upsell on other products and service offerings
  • Follow MDM Lead follow-up Policy to ensure all Leads are aggressively being worked
  • Record all sales activities in CRM database including, phone calls, appointments, e-mails, tracking all Lead and Opportunity Activities.
  • Forecasting business accurately through CRM Opportunities and accurately updating all Opportunity information.
  • Keep all account information up to date in CRM - Site Information, GPO affiliation, Price Lists, Contacts, Facility Infrastructure, etc.
  • Developing and delivering sales presentations in a professional and effective manner
  • Maintaining up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends & government regulations
  • Leading the sales proposal and RFP process for respective opportunities

RVPs are expected to act in a consultative role to MDM customers and prospects and have a deep understanding of all our products and services. Knowledge of the following areas of expertise are strongly recommended but not required for employment.
  • Healthcare/Commercial televisions, displays and mounting solutions
  • RF and/or IPTV television distribution systems
  • Interactive patient engagement and educational systems
  • Digital signage and video wall solutions


Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • This is a remote position working from your home office when not out making face to face sales calls.
  • RVP position will require up to 75% travel within assigned territory as needed to effectively support new and existing customer base.
  • RVP candidate must live within the assigned sales territory located in AZ, WA, OR, NV, UT or CA.
  • West Coast Sales territory covers AZ, AK, WA, OR, NV, UT, CA and HI.
  • RVP candidate must have a valid driver's license and vehicle for traveling to sales calls in assigned sales territory (some air travel required).
  • 2 years of experience of calling on Acute Care hospital personnel as outlined above.
