Description

The Department of Medicine is seeking to hire a motivated Student Assistant to support the Project Coordinator and Principal Investigator with administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include conducting phone surveys, performing data entry, and handling various clerical and office duties.

Hourly range: $17.30-$25.00

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to operate office equipment such as printer, scanner, copier, facsimile machine.
  • Experience working independently with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent writing skills and editing correspondence and written materials.
  • Knowledge of PCs, windows operation system, and related word processing and spreadsheet software (such as MS Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of documents.
  • Registered as a UC student
