Outreach & Referral Assistant

An Off-Campus Work-Study Position - MUST have a Work-Study Award

Responsibilities
* Greet and assist community members, partners, and visitors, managing inquiries and directing them appropriately.
* Receive training on how to interface with the community and do resource and referral both internally within the organization as well as to external service providers.
* Receive phone calls and walk-ins while maintaining an organized reception area.
* Maintain and update a referral database.
* Support program reporting by tracking outreach and referral metrics.

Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
