Our team is committed to excellence and making a positive impact on the lives of our members. *Position: Enrollment Representative* *Pay: *$18.50/hr *Location:* Meridian, ID *Workplace Type:* On-site *Schedule:* Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm *Contract Duration:* 90 days (with potential for extension) *Job Description:* As an Enrollment Representative, you will be responsible for managing enrollment and billing activities for new and renewing members. This role requires attention to detail, strong computer and phone skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Process membership activities by establishing records, changing, coding, and entering data. * Review applications for completeness and ensure compliance with underwriting regulations. * Reconcile daily income by researching and adjusting membership records and reconciling paid bills/coupons. * Send correspondence and collect premiums on delinquent accounts. * Maintain eligibility and billing on the Facets system. * Respond to telephone, written, and electronic inquiries related to enrollment and billing. * Perform quality checks on enrollment processing transactions and provide input for workflow and training improvements. * Ensure all documents are properly coded and prepared for the Image/Archive System. * Maintain knowledge of federal regulations including HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA. *Top Skills - Must Haves:* * Customer support * Data entry * MS Office Suite *Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves:* * Customer service * Customer care * Call center experience *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * 1-3+ years of experience in an office environment, preferably in insurance, health industry, general office, basic accounting, banking/finance, or complex call center. * Digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and typing. * Preferred experience with Facets and other industry-specific software programs. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow established workflows. * Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external departments. * Knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA regulations. *Employee Value Proposition (EVP):* We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
