TEKsystems is actively hiring for customer service representatives for a reputable manufacturing company in Olathe, Kansas! Description: * Candidates will be responsible for handling work ticket orders for their national accounts such as: Lowes, Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc., received electronically or by phone, a lot of the calls can be outbound in nature * Qualifying/verifying customer requests * Checking technicians in and out, and booking/dispatching purchase orders to subcontractors or divisions in a timely manner * Effectively managing Customer Requests for service by ensuring prompt, knowledgeable service to the customers' satisfaction * Other duties as assigned Additional Skills & Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience, prefer retail experience over standard call center roles. Previous experience is call center is a plus. Solid tenure. At least one year at each position. Proficient in Microsoft programs Attention to detail Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Unlimited OT for reps once hired on perm; reps are working 80+ hours of OT currently Company has had 500% growth over the past 5 years. NOT considered a call center environment - spacious office setting Relaxed but very fair management. Long-term role and internal growth opportunities Hybrid work environment after 6 months with the company Eligible for annual raises every June once permanent Also, when you convert, you get a pay increase SHIFT DETAILS TUESDAY - SATURDAY 1:00PM - 10:00PM Training hours for first 2 weeks: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm in CLASSROOM setting at office and will work their assigned shift while training/shadowing on the FLOOR SUNDAY - THURSDAY 1:00PM - 10:00PM Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
