JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Senior Director of Educational Affairs provides strategic leadership and oversight across multiple units, ensuring alignment with institutional goals. This role is responsible for workforce planning, setting objectives, and integrating the vision and mission of the department into its operations. The Senior Director fosters collaboration, drives program development, and ensures the effective delivery of services across various educational units, including the Office of Medical Education, Student Admissions, Registrar, Student Aid, Global Health, Science of Health Systems, regional campuses, and the Physician Assistant Program. Minimum Education and Experience This position will be filled at an Senior Manager or Principal Manager depending on the candidate's education and experience. This position requires a Master's Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, includes 3+ years of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
