Position Summary The House Monitor for the Booth Home Senior Bridge Housing program provides general oversight of residents and their rooms, assists with resident check-ins and discharges, and evaluates and reports on residents' conditions to the Case Manager. Additionally, the House Monitor is responsible for completing documentation, tracking residents' progress upon discharge, and conducting follow-ups. The Booth Home Senior Bridge Housing program serves 15 male and female clients with mental health diagnoses. This position requires working Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Essential Functions
Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Minimum Qualifications

High School or Equivalent (required)
Experience
High School Diploma or GED Required, A.A. or B.A. /B.S. highly preferred. (preferred)
