The Plant Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing strategic and hands-on HR support to the Plant Manager, salaried staff, and hourly workforce at the Rockbridge facility. This role will lead a dedicated HR team within the plant to manage daily HR operations, drive talent initiatives, ensure compliance, and foster a positive and productive work environment. The Plant HR Manager will also play a key role in developing local talent pipelines by building relationships with educational institutions and implementing an apprenticeship program. This role will report directly to the Human Resources Director - US and dotted line report into the Plant Manager. Key Responsibilities
