We are seeking aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to join our Mobile Methadone Clinic team inPhiladelphia, PA. Earn $33.00 per hour with benefits working Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. We are a first-of-its-kind Mobile Methadone Clinic in Philadelphia, bringing life-changing care directly to high-risk adults who need same-day treatment. As a 100% community-based program, we provide Mobile Methadone Maintenance Treatment (MMT) and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) to individuals struggling with substance use-meeting them where they are and ensuring they get the support they need. As an LPN on our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include: Administering and dispensing methadone in accordance with State and Federal Guidelines Ensuring accurate documentation of medication administration Following physician and medical director treatment plans Monitoring patient response to treatment and adjusting as needed Maintaining detailed and compliant medical records Overseeing tuberculosis, HIV, and HepC testing, coordinating referrals when necessary Providing emergency care (CPR, AED, and emergency medication administration) Benefits Merakey offers competitive compensation plans and more! The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program Current license as an LPN or RN in the Commonwealth of PA 3 years of nursing experience is required Experience with drawing labs, performing EKGs, wound care, and triage is required. Experience with chemically dependent populations preferred Minimum one (1) year experience with dispensing narcotic medication, preferably in substance abuse treatment including treatment of opioid dependence Current CPR certification is required
