Maintenance Technician

We arecurrently seeking aMaintenance Technicianto join our Facilities team. The technician will be responsible for thePenn Hills, PA area.

Position Details:

• Complete all assigned work orders professionally and promptly, as directed by the immediate supervisor, to maintain Merakey properties.
• Perform necessary repairs on Merakey properties, including electrical, heating/cooling, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Conduct general maintenance repairs and ongoing monthly upkeep.
• Repair and maintain walls, ceiling tiles, and paint as needed.
• Handle desk and furniture repairs.
• Perform lock repairs and maintenance.

Earn: $20 perhour with the selection of our Enhanced Pay Program.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
