Position Details Make a meaningful impact as a Vocational Specialist, leadingconsumer engagementthroughthe Supported Employment model in community settings, driving job development, placement, and coaching. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, guiding skill development, and aiding individuals toward employment or further education milestones. Active consumer engagement and participation in Community Support Planning meetings are essential. Our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model supports individuals with serious mental illnesses who may not have experienced success orhaven'tfound effective support within traditional outpatient programs.We offer tailored services emphasizing relationship-building and active involvement in enhancing functioning and symptom management. Join our team delivering personalized support,andempowering individuals tomaintainresidences and jobs within the community. Ifyou'repassionate about empowerment, recovery, and personalized care, contribute to making a difference! Services involve weekly home visits, provided either in individuals' residences or within the community,utilizingpersonal vehicles for client transportation and community-based tasks.
