The Technical Program Manager serves as the primary representative for AH Platform communications and IT, reporting to the Deputy Force Medical Officer. This role oversees network design, compliance, lifecycle management, and fiscal planning for AH MTF POR systems while ensuring alignment with MSC N4, N6, and N10. The PM maintains documentation, manages contracts, and ensures cyber compliance, capability readiness, and operational effectiveness in coordination with military, civilian, and higher-echelon stakeholders. Additionally, they provide input on training, staffing, and asset requirements while offering guidance on audits, implementation, and medical supply IT needs. This position may also provide direct support for deployments and mission-critical operations as directed by leadership.

Required Experience:



  • Proven experience in managing communications and IT systems, including network design, development, and lifecycle management
  • Strong knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements for military communications and IT infrastructure
  • Experience in fiscal planning, budgeting, and managing contracts for communications and IT services
  • Ability to maintain and manage consolidated documentation for complex communications and IT infrastructures
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure cyber compliance and readiness for communications and IT systems
  • Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams, including military and civilian personnel, to address communications and IT needs
  • Expertise in providing strategic guidance on communications and IT staffing, training, and asset requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving operational capability and compliance
  • Experience in guiding audits and IT implementation processes for large-scale, mission-critical platforms
  • Ability to provide direct communications and IT support during deployments and in mission-critical situations


Required Qualifications:



  • Direct support experience with an AH Platform
  • Cross-deck experience on an AH Platform
  • Engineering-level knowledge and experience with AH Platform communications infrastructure
  • Engineering-level knowledge and experience with Healthcare IT within a Military Treatment Facility (MTF)
  • Administration-level knowledge and experience with MSC and NIWC IT infrastructure
  • Experience with commercial enterprise IT systems
  • IT and radio certifications in accordance with Navy/MSC regulations
  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS, for indeterminate durations as directed by the Deputy Force Medical Officer in support of the AH Platform


Salary: 250k

Schedule: onsite 5 days a week
