About the role

The Carrier Ecosystem Manager will manage a portfolio of regional and international carriers. You will develop partnership strategies, drive negotiations and establish long-term relationships with a portfolio of carriers that will contribute to grow revenue and expand Auctane's Ecosystem.

This position can be hybrid (3 days per week in office) in Austin, Texas OR remote.

Travel Requirements: 10% travel is required for meetings, conferences, etc.

About the team

The Carrier Partnerships team drives strategic initiatives that generate revenue growth and accelerates product innovation by building the most dynamic carrier ecosystem.

What will you be doing?



  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for regional and international carriers that drives growth and helps attract new customers to our Ecosystem.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams across product, finance, marketing and sales to successfully execute and drive market adoption of these partnerships.
  3. Provide project management and lead projects to success with well-defined milestones and timeframes
  4. Identify emerging trends and opportunities that will drive value to Auctane, our Customers and carriers
  5. Become the expert in the regional and local carrier ecosystem, understand merchant needs and represent the needs of these segments to influence Product roadmap and Sales efforts.
  6. Building relationships with existing and new carriers and other industry players to understand market trends and new business opportunities.
  7. Develop dashboards and KPIs to track the business and develop robust business models for the portfolio of partners.


What are we looking for?



  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2 years of partnerships or business development experience
  • Experience negotiating complex agreements, working cross-functionally with marketing, legal, product and engineering
  • Experience partnering with carriers and shipping knowledge a huge plus
