Position Highlights:

  • Position: RRT Lead

  • Hourly Pay Range: $35.38 - 54.84

  • The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  • Location: Naperville (and Plainfield as needed)

  • Full Time

  • Hours: 7a to 7:30p with rotating weekend and holiday rotation

What you will need:

  • Education & Experience:

    • Graduation from a nationally accredited Respiratory Therapy program, as determined by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC)

    • 3 years of previous experience

  • License/Certifications:

    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or proof of registry eligible status

    • State of Illinois Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure

    • Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association

    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

    • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

What you will do:

Coordinate the daily shift activities and provision of employee assistance in order to perform job functions. Responsible for planning and organizing the daily shift activities of the Respiratory Care therapists and technicians. Ensures that department standards in patient care, departmental performance improvements and budgetary compliance are adhered to by staff.
