This role can be located in our North America HQ in Santa Monica, California, or one of the region offices in: Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ At Red Bull, effectively managing top-tier benefits in a progressive, innovative way is key to giving employees Wiiings for where they're at. The Manager, Benefits role owns & drives our core benefits programs at Red Bull North America (RBNA) across both Healthcare & 401k. This role is the subject matter expert and key point of contact with our benefits vendors and employees, ensuring our programs run efficiently and deliver for our employees. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 3+ years of benefits management experience in plans with more than 5k members/self-funded plans with a valuation of $50M+. 401k plan management experience. Knowledge of applicable laws (ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA) required. Proven ability to develop and drive innovative process improvements & solutions. MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) required. Strong Project Management skills. SAP & Ceridian knowledge preferred. Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills. Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
