Account Specialist

* Build and maintain a deep understanding of Element's service offerings to effectively communicate value to customers.

* Proactively engage with new, existing, and dormant customers to identify testing needs and business opportunities
* Leverage industry expertise to promote our aerospace testing solutions using a consultative selling approach
* Execute targeted outreach campaigns and follow up on marketing initiatives to maximize customer engagement
* Manage and maintain CRM data (Dynamics CRM), ensuring accurate customer records, tracking performance metrics, and identifying trends
* Collaborate across teams to ensure strategic targeting, effective messaging, and seamless handoffs for sales opportunities
* Identify and qualify RFQ opportunities, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate teams
* Analyze feedback and market trends to continuously improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness

* Engineer, Postgraduate degree in Business Preferred
* Minimum 1-year of experience in outbound sales prospecting, business development, or a related role
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams
* Ability to interpret sales data, marketing materials, and customer quotes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software (Dynamics CRM preferred)
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
* Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
