Our hospital is fortunate to provide Electroconvulsive Therapy, Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs in addition to inpatient services. centennialpeaks.com Job Duties/Responsibilities: The Accounts Payable/Payroll Coordinator prepares and processes payments for vendor invoices, employee expense reimbursements and other financial obligations in accordance with internal accounting policies. The Accounts Payable/Payroll Coordinator reviews purchase orders, statements and invoices to verify amounts owed. They will respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in billings and payments; and maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledgers. The Accounts Payable/Payroll Coordinator is responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees. This person will perform a full range of record keeping and payroll activities, including computing wage and overtime requirements, calculating and recording payroll deductions, and creating deduction vouchers. This is a full-time opportunity. Schedule is primarily Monday through Friday with some weekends as-needed. Benefit Highlights
