General Summary: As a key member of the team, the Product Manager will help drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key digital experiences that fuel customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You'll work closely with other product managers, engineers, designers, and data analysts to build seamless, high-quality financial products. Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree required. Experience: 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, financial services, or a related field. Experience building and launching customer-facing digital products with a strong user experience focus. Strong data-driven mindset-ability to analyze data, define success metrics, and drive product decisions based on insights. Excellent technical acumen-familiarity with working with engineers to build scalable solutions. Deep understanding of financial products (banking, payments, lending, etc.) and their regulatory considerations. Strong communication & stakeholder management skills-ability to influence without authority. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment. Skills:
Communication: Must have superior interpersonal skills and be comfortable engaging with people from a wide variety of roles, cultures, and economic backgrounds.
