The primary function of this role is to define, own, and drive execution of the Group Go-To-Market strategy and plans to launch new and/or updated products, services, programs, and capabilities to support achievement of targeted business results. Your Purpose We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Group Go-To-Market Sr. Manager to lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, services, programs, and capabilities in the healthcare industry. This critical role will drive business growth and achievement of targeted results by defining, owning, and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans that meet the evolving needs of employer groups and other key stakeholders. The successful candidate will tie their work back to company, segment, and sales goals, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving measurable impact on business outcomes What Will You Be Doing
- Strategic Planning Develop Go-To-Market strategies and plans for initiatives (new and/or updated products, services, programs, and capabilities) to include suggested approach for market and competitive positioning
- Create and drive marketing plan execution: Develop detailed, end-to-end marketing plans that align with Go-To-Market strategies, including clear roles and responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and report to the GTM Director and/or Senior Director as needed
- Content quality assurance: Evaluate Go-To-Market content for accuracy, clarity, and marketing effectiveness, providing feedback and recommendations to business partners as needed. Obtain approval from the Director and/or Senior Director to ensure content meets business objectives and customer needs
- Manage housing of materials on the SharePoint site and toolkits for easy access by the team
- Conduct advanced planning, agenda development, and coordination of materials for key Go-To-Market Governance and planning meetings
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Go-To-Market execution and recommend tactics for follow-up and to improve future execution
What We Require
- 6+ years related work experience with Go-To Market, Sales, Communications, Marketing, Marketing Strategy, and/or Business Development experience
- Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
- Experience managing multiple projects and teams
- Experience building successful collaborative business relationships
- Experience in the health care industry In-depth product knowledge of employer market segments
- Understanding of sales process and distribution channels supporting products in the market

- End-to-end executor: Skilled at executing plans from concept to launch, with a focus on delivering results and meeting business objectives.
- Digital expertise: Proficient in workflow management, digital literacy, AI, and collaboration platforms (Microsoft, Adobe), with the ability to leverage these tools to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $89,800 - $112,300
Annualized Salary Range: $89,800 - $146,000
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
