What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support for and staff
- Receive, screen and handle telephone calls, incoming mail/email, publications and other correspondence, much of which is confidential or sensitive in nature
- Coordinate conferences and meetings, and perform complex calendar management including managing and communicating all meeting logistics and agendas to involved parties
- Compose and proofread correspondence and produce high quality materials such as presentations, spreadsheets and reports
- Process monthly time and expense reporting including processing invoices
- Create and maintain computer and paper-based filing and organization systems
- Maintain knowledge of organization policies, procedures and resources
- Complete or participate on special projects as needed
- Interact effectively with individuals at all levels within and outside of the Company in a professional and confidential manner
Important To Know:
- Must reside in the South Florida region preferably Miami, Ft Lauderdale, and/or Palm Beach
- This is a hybrid position that requires in office work hours weekly
- Occasional travel required for meetings, events, trainings, etc. (reimbursement provided)
What Is Required:
- 4+ years related diversified administrative experience to include one or more years of progressively responsible experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products: (indicate Word, Excel or PowerPoint)
- Experience leveraging organizational skills to support management team and client needs, focusing on execution, accuracy and efficiency
- Must be able to work flexible hours/schedule to meet business need
What Is Preferred: Previous executive administrative experience to include but is not limited to the following:
- Skilled in developing and managing departmental budgets, financial reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Experience with invoice management, including processing tracking, and resolving discrepancies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
General Physical Demands:
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Typical Hourly Pay Range: $29 - $36 Hourly Pay Range: $29 - $47
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
