This is a temp position for 90 days Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Responsible for working with Sales Engineers completing quote output, compiling and sending quotes to Hybris and end customers. Coordinate and assist Sales Engineers in preparing quotes, updating cover letters, compiling quote documents such as value content, marketing collateral and drawings. Assist in creating and posting daily Quote housekeeping reports and KPIs. Main Responsibilities: Manage, create and complete Quote stage tasks Update payment terms, shipping conditions and layout on all quotes. Maintain templates and update cover letters and lead time on all quotes Create and manage discount approval workflow on applicable quotes.
