Join us as our new QC LIMS Coordinator

This position collaborates closely with otherQC LIMSCoordinator's to accomplish prioritized tasks within the LIMS system. The QC LIMSCoordinatorreports to the QC LIMS Operations Supervisor.

In this role you'll make a difference by:

Workingwith global and local colleagues to ensure all data entered in systems are aligned.
Contributing and participating in meetings. Presenting specific agenda points on department meetings.
AssistingQC LIMS team with maintaining LIMS master data (creating, updating, maintaining) in accordance with LIMS and QC procedures.
Approvingtesting requirements for new and existing products and implements changes into LIMS.
Supporing system validations with the Global LIMS team.
Contributing to training and communication to end-users on specific aspects of the LIMS.
Contributingto the preparation and updating of SOPs, forms, and work instructions.
Actingas a point of contact for LIMS-related inquiries and issues.
Assistingin investigating and resolving operational issues related to LIMS.

To succeed you must hold:

Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Knowledge in SAP, LIMS, Business Intelligence, and Microsoft Office programs.
Demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to analyze issues critically, particularly with a sense of urgency for business-critical matters
Contribute to an efficient, flexible, and holistic coordination and prioritization of assigned tasks (for the individual and for the team)
Ability to work with a high level of independence and accountability.
Possess high level knowledge of lab approval and testing process.
Attain proficiency in LIMS at SuperUser Level I and SuperUser Level II.
Embraces a mindset centered around quality.
Flexibility required.
Positive attitude and team oriented.
These characteristics are normally acquired through a bachelor's degree in a business field with at least two years of experience working in a lab environment.
