Job Summary:

The Senior Treasury Solutions Consultant is responsible for growing their assigned business and market by developing and driving the overall Treasury strategy, LOB engagement, business development and managing portfolio growth objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:




  • Ownership of assigned portfolio Treasury financial and production results.


  • Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with bankers and clients to proactively provide treasury solutions within a consultative and client driven framework.
  • Lead annual business reviews for key clients to identify sales opportunities by providing new solution ideas.
  • Improve profitability of all assigned relationships.
  • Partner with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products and solutions
  • Manage the payment and deposit risk for assigned client portfolio.
  • Ensure production activities are captured in the pipeline system and are meeting or exceeding levels that meet financial objectives.
  • Conducts regular 1 on 1's with LOB leadership and assigned RMs and PMs.
  • 75% of a TSCs time should be spent in front of clients, prospects, and bankers.
  • Ownership of the client experience from prospect to closed sale, to onboarding and handoff to the Treasury support team.
  • Act as an escalation point for client support issues.
  • Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information are essential.

  • Knowledge of Treasury Service products and services, credit and risk processes, and pricing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and COIs

Preferred Skills; Experience; Certifications



  • 15+ years of cash management, sales, and relationship management experience.


  • CTP Certification required.


Education/Certifications (required)



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
