Sanmina Turtle Lake, Wisconsin is a full-service plastic injection molding, electronics integration and design service facility. They have 50 injection molding machines and expertise with engineering-grade resins. Sanmina Turtle Lake has long standing business partnerships with both tool designers and manufacturers.

Position Purpose: The primary duties of this position are: keeping cartons/boxes and other needed supplies at the various injection molding machine work stations. Additionally, this position may track the number of parts being made for each specific customer work order.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Insure that each work station has an adequate number of boxes ready and available for machine operators to place the parts into those boxes or cartons.
• Provide correct labels for the boxes/cartons.
• Provide packaging supplies needed by each machine operator.
• Record or enter the correct number of boxes/cartons into the log or program.
• Periodic checking of each work station to ensure there are correct number of boxes/cartons on hand.
• Notify supervisor of jobs nearing completion or have completed.
• Keep area clean and free of clutter to reduce the risk of employee injuries.
• Get supplies from warehouse for needed work station.
• Periodic check the work orders for the correct quantities.
• Give breaks to machine operators as needed.

Other duties, as assigned by the area supervisor.

Preferred Skills: Good math skills, good communication skills and a good understanding of the production methods and processes.
