Senior Systems Analyst SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking a Senior Systems Analyst that will be responsible for partnering with project leaders and stakeholders to identify and document project milestones and requirements, research and analyze options, and recommend and coordinate delivery and support of industry-leading solutions for our construction projects. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with project teams, vendors and other IT technical resources and/or support teams to remove technical obstacles for design phase and construction project teams
- Evaluate project team requests, gather business requirements and work with the appropriate teams to interpret requirements
- Partner with project leaders to document decisions and requirements to enable effective project planning, budgeting, mobilization and closeout
- Perform peer reviews of technical planning documentation
- Update technical planning documentation and dashboards through regular communication with project leaders
- Work with other teams, as required, to ensure obstacles to project success are proactively eliminated
- Follow departmental standards and best practices as defined (i.e. development standards, application standards, naming conventions, etc.)
- Provide management with timely reporting as required
- Understand the full suite of tools available to project teams
- Mentor team members on best practices related to current technologies, as required
- Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years' experience in IT, Construction Management or Engineering roles
- Experience with project management methodology
- Experience and basic understanding of ITIL methodologies preferred
- Experience in analytical, project management, and client facing work preferred
- Working experience with the following preferred:
- Procore or other Project Management Administration (PMA) Solutions
- Microsoft Office 365 tools
- ServiceNow
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Applications
- Full implementation lifecycle, following SDLC or similar

The base pay range for this role is $108,200 - $162,300. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. #LI-JF1 #LI-Hybrid Please make note:
