Job Summary:

The Director of Corporate Analytics will lead the analytics function to provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of analytical tools, reports, and models to support the bank's business objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:



  • Develop and foster relationships with senior/executive leaders across the organization to facilitate active conversation and understanding of business and activities and strategies.
  • Lead customer and financial analytics initiatives to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions to increase value and performance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and BI developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Build marketing analytics capabilities to support and expand intelligence of our customer base and identify opportunities in our markets.


  • Provide data science and modeling expertise to relevant projects to support strategy and solutions.


  • Utilize modern data management tools and processes to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Coach employees on best practices for structuring complex problems, performing analysis, and communicating the results and implications of their work


  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence and data analytics.



Job Skills and Qualifications:

* Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

* 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

* Strong knowledge of data governance, data architecture, and regulatory compliance.

* Experience with advanced analytics and data visualization tools.

* Proven track record of leading successful data analytics in a complex organization.

* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and inspire teams.

* Proficiency in data management and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau, Power BI).

* Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) preferred.
