Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Facilities & Maintenance Manager to ensure consistency of asset management, preventative maintenance work, collection and compilation of data regarding the performance of preventative maintenance. Routinely evaluate the preventative maintenance program (task frequency, completion rate, timeliness, performance results, etc.) and recommend adjustments or improvements to the program.
  • * Develop and conduct in-house training for end users.
  • Coordinate resolution of application/database issues.
  • Develops business, technical and audit reports at management's direction.
  • Monitors various reports and works with supervisory and field personnel to make needed corrections.
  • Reviews Operations Work Orders and Service Requests to ensure quality of workflow and provides necessary reviews, comments, training and/or corrections to situations as needed
  • Executes role as system Administrator.
  • Coordinate the site CMMS program to ensure the proper documentation is entered and tracked.
  • Assist with the maintenance and operations department when called upon.
  • Assist in the implementation of additional reporting, tracking, and purchasing functions.
  • Safely operate plant equipment, not limited to Forklifts, platform lift, WAVE etc.
  • Maintain self-awareness of safety issues and requirements and report any safety concerns to your immediate supervisor and safety coordinator.
  • Maintain a team environment with the maintenance crew, and all other employees, vendors, and contractors.
  • Maintain spare parts.
  • Ensure equipment and materials on site are stored properly and cared for per material handling specifications.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Education: Associate's degree in technical field with 3-5 years relevant experience OR a high school graduate with 7-10 years relevant experience
  • Minimum Experience: Individuals must be able to read and write, speak and comprehend the English language

Knowledge & Skills:

Must be able to wear the required PPE when completing tasks but not limited to: Hardhat, Safety Glasses, and Steel Toed Shoes. Must be able to manage the Safe Work, LOTO, Hot Work, and Confined Space procedures set by GFE. Be able to lift 50 pounds, and work with heights. Qualified individuals must be able to adapt to 8-hour and longer working days.

Pay Range: $23.40 - $34.32
