At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and Program Change Coordination. The scope of this organization is to set project management execution standards in accordance with the project management principles detailed in DOE Order 413.3B, Program and Project Management for the acquisition of capital assets, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) techniques, and provide coordination of program change functions with owners (Baseline, Procurement, and Contract). Additional duties include leading the development and maintenance of a consolidated project information repository and fostering positive and effective relationships with the other Hanford contractors and HFO customers that support excellence in project execution.

Candidates for this position are expected to possess the necessary acumen, leadership, and prior project management successes.

In addition, the Manager of the Project Management Office will be responsible for:

* Ensure the PMO processes and procedures yield effective usage of EVMS principles and CPCCO's project control system description to support Reliability Projects' (RP) Project Managers and Control Account Managers driving compliant, effective and efficient project performance.
* Establish methods to ensure that project management processes support RPs processes, procedures and protocols
* Integrate, coordinate and collaborate with the CPCCO Engineering, Procurement, and Conduct of Operations organizations.
* Effectively integrate with the CPCCO Baseline Change Control, Risk Management, Contract Management, Procurement and Estimating departments enabling seamless project performance.
* Integrate with the Reliability Project Managers and provide strong guidance for proper project management to implement sound and compliant project management principles.
* Effectively communicate with senior management on the PMOs monthly performance, necessary change and critical issues.


Basic Qualifications


* Grade 22: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 12 or more years of relevant experience.

* Grade 23: Bachelor's or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 14 or more years of relevant experience.

The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.


Desired Qualifications


* Experience with Portfolio/Program Management and Prime Contract Interface Management.
* Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or similar credential.
* Previous experience in the administration of project manager development and project management administrative processes development.
* Previous experience implementing the elements of an EIA-748 compliant EVMS.
* Previous experience executing DOE Order 413.3B Capital Line Item Projects.


Compensation & Benefits


In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):

* Grade 22: $159,363 - $209,688.

* Grade 23: $183,300 - $241,300.

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
