Description

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Oversee all shipping, receiving, and inventory activities within the warehouse.
* Enter data into JDEdwards.
* Schedule, train, and evaluate the personnel performing these activities.
* Ensure accurate inventory, proper handling of finished product, quarantine materials, and other supplies as
required.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure proper handling of all materials.
* Train personnel on warehouse equipment.
* Manage warehouse spacing and inventory.
* Evaluate work performance of materials handlers, yearly, and on as needed basis.
* Demonstrate commitment to Rockline's RRITE Values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and

* Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner.
Effectiveness in carrying out this responsibility is part of each associate's essential accountabilities.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able
to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative
of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)
* High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years in a warehouse environment
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
* Detail oriented with ability to keep detailed documentation
* Motivated self-starter
* Stable work history
* Time management skills
* Good communication skills; ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
* Ability to multi-task
* Organized and dependable
* Customer Service Oriented
* Previous supervisory experience in warehouse operations or related field
* Familiarity with OSHA requirements for forklift operations
* Ability to maintain safe work environment
* Ability to work and resolve issues with other departments
* Forklift experience - certification a plus
* DSI Scan gun experience a plus

above shoulder, and calculating
