Job Details -
Responsibilities * Take both inbound and outbound scheduling calls; including returning voicemails. * Maintain service scheduling for Service Technicians. * Quote parts and labor cost for non-warranty services. * Verify that payment has been received for any billable order prior to ordering or scheduling. * Documentation at every point of action and customer contact. * Scan service orders and confirmation into the correct customer's electronic file. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Customer Service experience required. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work individually and in a team environment. * Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel. * Must be comfortable typing and answering phone calls. * Ability to adapt well and accept feedback in a changing environment. * Experience with operations, permitting, or ordering is a plus.
