If so, we want YOU to be a part of our team! *What You'll Do:* * Deliver outstanding service to our members, creating deep and lasting connections. * Handle general inquiries and perform account maintenance via phone or email with a smile. * Meet and exceed key performance metrics, showcasing your dedication and drive. * Research and resolve member issues with urgency, under the guidance of our amazing MCC Supervisor or MCCR Lead. * Take ownership of member concerns, set clear expectations, and follow up promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Spot opportunities to offer additional credit union products, promotions, and services, generating referrals that deepen member relationships. * Stay up-to-date with credit union policies, procedures, and regulations. * Embrace other exciting duties as assigned. *What You'll Bring:* * A knack for customer service, with experience in CSR, customer support, and data entry. * The ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks like a pro. * A sense of urgency in resolving requests and escalating when necessary. * A team player attitude, promoting and participating in a cohesive team environment. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proactive problem-solving skills, taking ownership to resolve member concerns. * Creative thinking to tackle complex inquiries while adhering to policies and regulations. * Analytical skills to recommend practical operational improvements. * A friendly, professional demeanor that puts members at ease. *Qualifications:* * Minimum of a high school diploma; some college coursework preferred, and a degree is highly desirable. * At least 1 year of customer service experience. * Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with members, peers, and staff. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and standard office equipment; familiarity with call center programs is a plus. * Comfort with online systems and other technology. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
