Responsibilities

Manage Inventory:Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels of 5,945 unique MRO Spare Parts.

Add Inventory:Ensure new inventory is added, photographed, and recorded correctly. Coordinate new equipment vendor suggested spare parts inventory.

Purchase:Handle procurement processes using SAP. Add, and PO information to CMMS. Approximately 550-line items annually.

Receive:Accept and verify incoming stock. Receive, label and stock parts when received. Close SAP order transaction. Approximately 550 unique part numbers received, representing about 12,000 individual items annually.

Stock Distribution:Distribute inventory to appropriate technicians. Issue parts to work orders and complete pull/kit parts for 378 PM work orders.

Manage/Coordinate Contractors:Oversee contractors and work activities and ensure they align with company standards. Manage invoicing and payment of contractors. Add information to Security calendar.

Plan and Schedule Contractor Work:Manage weekly/monthly schedules and plans for contractor tasks interfacing with Maintenance and Security.

Manage Blanket Order Purchases:Oversee blanket Purchase Orders to manage MRO replenishment and contractor invoicing to stay within budget and on schedule throughout the year. Also, trains others within this process.

Develop Annual Blanket Budgets:Create and manage annual budgets for blanket orders. Complete the annual blanket po amounts and submit them for Financial Approval for contractor/vendors.

Print Labels:Generate and print part and location labels for inventory items.

Work within the Maintenance CMMS System:Utilize the CMMS system for maintenance work order, vendor, and inventory management. 409 CONTRACTOR work orders processed YTD 2024.

Use SAP for Procurement:Use SAP software to manage procurement processes.

Manage Procurement Credit Card for Procurement:Use company credit card purchases, manage reconciliation of credit card purchases with Maintenance Manager.

Generate/Manage Emergency Purchase Orders:Create, coordinate, communicate with management/Finance/Vendor/Contractor and manage purchase orders.

Monthly Reporting: Report monthly spend, MRO inventory value, Blanket PO performance, and accruals. Stock replenishment reports.

Inventory Counting, Reduction and Obsolete spare parts: Coordinate and lead annual inventor cycle counting and reduction of obsolete spare parts inventory projects. 1318 COUNT transactions performed in 2024 to verify/validate inventory.

Procure Inventory from local vendors: Utilize the company truck to pick up critical parts as needed to repair critical Production machinery.

Research parts: Work with Maintenance Technicians to research (utilizing the web and machine manuals), find and procure parts as needed. Determine whether to stock or one-time-buy.

Structure Inventory: Identify spare part inventory specifically associated to a piece of equipment. Approximately 200 parts have been identified as vendor suggested spare parts inventory associated with new equipment installations.



Qualifications

Experience with inventory management and procurement.

Familiarity with SAP and CMMS systems.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Ability to manage budgets and contractor activities.

Strong communication and computer skills

Valid Driver's License

Must be able to lift 25 pounds
