Job Title: Business Logistics Coordinator

Location(s): Basking Ridge, NJ

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Logistics Analyst to support our retail uniform attire program and employee support efforts. This individual will play a key role in managing inbound and outbound shipments, tracking inventory, and preparing items for executive reviews and photoshoots. The Analyst will be responsible for working independently in a fast-paced environment, while being supported by remote leadership to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, using formulas to analyze data, track inventory, and create meaningful reports.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments of uniform inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Track and maintain detailed inventory records, providing regular updates on stock levels and status.
  • Prepare items for executive reviews, photoshoots, and other special events.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive inventory spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets, including tracking items and shipment statuses.
  • Utilize formulas to analyze data, identify trends, and generate regular reports on inventory and logistics.
  • Daily support and management for attire inquiries, orders, and research via internal google mailbox.
  • Collaborate with remote leadership and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of shipping schedules and inventory management.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues related to logistics, inventory, or shipping discrepancies.


Required Skills & Experience:


  • Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or inventory management, preferably in a retail or uniform program environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
  • Ability to build and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in an office setting, while being supported by remote leadership.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both remote and in-person teams.
  • Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working with retail uniform programs or in a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with shipping platforms or logistics.
