We are seeking a Software Developer with a demonstrated record of success in dynamic, high-impact environments to join our team. The Software Developer will support the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Personnel & Readiness (OSD P&R) in developing and enhancing the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), a critical platform utilized across all P&R offices. DRRS enables military units to input and track key readiness data, including personnel training, medical status, deployment history, and overall mission preparedness. As a Software Developer, you will play an essential role in building and maintaining scalable, automated software solutions that improve the efficiency and functionality of DRRS. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability and accessibility of readiness data, ensuring military leadership has the accurate, real-time insights needed for strategic planning and operational decision-making. This position will be a Hybrid role with the on-site location being the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. Candidates are required to live within a commutable distance to the on-site location.
