We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst who will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This role handles new hire paperwork, verifies U.S. work authorization, supports recruitment systems and vendor relationships, and identifies process improvements. The Analyst will also prepare reports for HR Business Partners and Operations teams to keep leadership informed on progress and metrics.

Essential Duties:

  • Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Complete new hire paperwork and verify U.S. work eligibility, ensuring timely onboarding.
  • Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and systems for better efficiency.
  • Manage external vendors, ensuring SLAs are met and optimizing recruitment solutions.
  • Prepare recruitment reports for weekly updates to HR and Operations teams, providing insights for leadership.
  • Work with HR and Operations to align recruitment strategies with company goals.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate clearly with candidates and hiring teams, providing timely feedback.
  • Stay updated on talent acquisition trends and implement best practices.
  • Support recruitment tools, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective use by the team.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Proficient in ATS, HRIS, and recruitment tools (ADP experience preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of new hire documentation and U.S. work authorization requirements.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong skills in process improvement, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple recruitment projects.
  • Up to date on industry trends and new recruitment tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Work Environment: While performing essential duties of this position an individual regularly works indoors and may be required to sit for long periods. Individual will be required to regularly talk, hear, see and often reach with hands, stand, walk, use a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment. The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000, and includes benefits such as the following:
