Summary

To support select Lippert North America OEM Divisions from an Accounting & Finance perspective.

Essential Functions

  1. Month end closing for multiple locations.
  2. Inventory tracking and cycle count summaries
  3. Reconcile fixed asset accounts and compile documents to support additions.
  4. Supplemental data collection and reporting
  5. Reporting and analysis of costs/sales and reconciliation.
    1. Winner/Loser item profit reporting
    2. Margins by product and customer
  6. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  7. Oversees lease tracking and maintaining of LeaseQuery Database
  8. Support plant leadership by answering accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
  9. Preparing and updating budgets and forecasts
  10. Look for savings ideas within plant purchases

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not have supervisory responsibility upon hiring.

Physical Demands

Thie position is reguarly required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40-45 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend and overnight work is also necessary at times.

Travel

Local travel is expected for this position and minimal out of state travel.

Required Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  2. 1-5 years of experience
  3. Strong analytical skills
  4. ERP Systems experience
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  6. Continuous Improvement

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
