THE JOB:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating an unforgettable shopping experience for our guests. You'll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, uphold our brand's standards, and ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming and enjoyable environment.

THE STARTING RATE:$17.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests warmly and create memorable experiences using exceptional customer service

• Assist guests with their needs and drive sales

• Maintain a sales-focused atmosphere to achieve store goals

• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-stocked for easy shopping

• Take responsibility for the guest experience and report feedback to management

• Follow all store procedures for POS and cash handling

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• Takes pride in their work

• Describes themselves as detail-oriented

• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression

• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
