About the Role: As a Space Strategic Analyst, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership and technical direction; formulating and enforcing work standards; and solving complex technical, administrative, and management problems. What You Bring to the Team:
- Masters Degree in International Security, International Strategy, Military Intelligence, Military Operations or similar discipline
- Minimum of 20+ years DoD experience required
- Minimum of 10 years of supervisory or management experience including: managing overall scope, cost, staffing, production, and deliverables from a contract or multi-focused task order level.
- Previous experience in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)
- Previous experience with information operations, operations in the Information Environment, or Psychological Operation (PSYOP)/Military Information Support Operations (MISO)
- Previous experience in Change Management, Strategic Planning; Program Management; Project Management; Strategic Communications; Air Force PPBE processes
- Previous experience in MILDEC/Deception Activities; Public Affairs; Military Intelligence; Intelligence Collections; Counterintelligence, Surveillance
- Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively communicate topics for executive leader decisions
- Ability to identify problems and develop recommendations for complex issues with both traditional and out of the box solutions
- Ability to lead program and project teams to support all aspects of the system delivery life cycle.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the single authorized interface with Prime Contractor and when authorized, with key Government management personnel.
- Perform as a direct senior advisor and project manager to Space Force executive leaders on high-level decisions, including setting strategic direction, understanding and articulating highly complex business problems, and planning and implementing approaches.
- Collaborate with the client and provide a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to modernize their business, facilitate planning, organization and scheduling of site lead/customer functions.
- Execute on complex problems, develop requirement solutions with an agile framework, effective resource management, and best practice acquisition approaches.
- Prepare and conduct business analysis, study needs assessments, requirements analysis or definition, and cost or benefit analyses to align business systems, solutions, and initiatives.
- Utilize experience with planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) practices of the Department of Defense.
- Apply Headquarters Space Force, DoD, and Joint principles, theories, and concepts; contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.
