Your role in action:

Account Management & Strategy

* Develop and execute a global account strategy aligned with the customer's business objectives and company goals.

* Identify growth opportunities to expand the partnership through new revenue streams, enhanced product adoption, and strategic initiatives.

Operational Execution & Team Leadership

* Lead cross-functional teams (operations, technical, and commercial) to ensure seamless service delivery and execution.

* Oversee day-to-day operational performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.

* Serve as an escalation point for complex issues, proactively resolving challenges that impact performance or customer satisfaction.

* Collaborate with internal teams (IT, engineering, product, and support) to ensure technical integration and service excellence.

Technical & Product Enablement

* Partner with product and technology teams to drive adoption of new features and enhancements within the GDS ecosystem.

* Maintain a deep understanding of GDS technology, APIs, and industry trends to guide customer conversations.

* Advocate for customer needs in internal product roadmap discussions and technology development.

Financial & Performance Management

* Own the P&L for the account, ensuring financial targets, revenue growth, and cost efficiency.

* Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

* Develop quarterly and annual business reviews to showcase value delivered and align on future initiatives.

Could this be you?

* 10+ years of experience in global account management, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the travel, airline, or GDS industry.

* Proven ability to manage complex, global customer relationships with multiple stakeholders.

* Experience leading cross-functional teams, including operations, technical, and commercial teams.

* Strong negotiation skills and experience managing multi-million-dollar contracts.

* Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

* Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

* Lead a high-impact, strategic global account in the evolving travel technology industry.

* Work with cutting-edge travel solutions and drive innovation in distribution.
